After spending most of my life in eastern Pennsylvania, I attended Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia, studying biology with the intention of becoming a medical doctor.  I graduated in 2004 and decided to switch vocational gears and travel the world.  This explorative journey spanned 14 months and 40+ countries, ending in December.  Since returning to the United States, I have been working for the Franconia Mennonite Conference with Communication and Leadership Cultivation.

I am excited to be a part of Bike Movement because it provides an opportunity to integrate my studies, travels and current work experiences.  My vision for this project is to provide a responsive, relevant and bridge-building space for young adults to engage open conversation with the church regarding its current trajectory.   I hope this journey can become a call from young adults to create an impetus for movement within the church by becoming and inspiring the motion that provides perpetual, transformative communication.
